Red Sunset at Serangoon Reservoir. Silhoutte of Nature Walk Punggol Promenade on the left and Coney Island on the right

Just came back from a sunset photo shoot at Serangoon Reservoir, on the riverbank of the Serangoon East Dam. It rained in the morning so the path was muddy and not many people venture here when it is close to darkness. The sky were thick and dark with grey clouds. Not a promising start for an evening photography. Being patient has its rewards at times. What a glorious red sunset this evening! Glowing water reflection and fire in the sky. Hope your weekend are just as good!

Hi Michael. The colors are lovely. Have another lucky encounter with a red dawn the next morning. Really lucky to be there at the right time and place.

Hi. You need to pass by Lorong Halus Wetland or Pasir Ris Farmway 3 to reach Coney Island. For location map, you may want to read this post :

    https://hasayang.wordpress.com/how-to-go-to-punggol-waterway-punggol-promenade-punggol-beach/

Click on the map heading to Lorong Halus Wetland for a bigger view. If you drive from Tampines, follow the road leading to Pasir Ris Farmway 3, then to Lorong Halus Wetland. Not sure if you have a direct bus from Tampines to Punggol. I had walked before from Ikea all the way to Lorong Halus Wetland though I would not recommend it for the moment due to the unpredictable thunderstorm nowadays.

    Hope you find your way.
