Punggol Waterway Colorful Waterfall

06 Dec

This is a series of night landscapes at Punggol Waterway.

If you are here during day time and have never seen it at night, here is a view. This is the side view of the center stage waterfall at Heartwave Wall. Daytime, you may have walked underneath the translucent glass ceiling. When the waterfall is operating at night and water cascades down the glass, lights shine in multiple colors and hues.

I had to stand on tiptoe and hold the camera up to get this view. Pots of plants blocked the view and some squeezing was needed. So refreshing and cooling to be standing so near.

Tempted to go at night yet?

If you are keen to get here, links are provided – How to go to Punggol Waterway, Punggol Promenade, Punggol Beach

You’re welcome, Andy. There is a lunar eclipse starting after sunset 7.31pm on 10 December 2011. If you can squeeze time, bring along your family there for a night view. πŸ™‚

Very good blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.

Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused .. Any tips? Appreciate it!

Hello, William. Thank you for your comments. πŸ™‚
As for recommendation, it really depends on : your blog subject matter (your hobby, aspirations, guide to what to do, etc) what is your objective (meant for family/friends sharing or get some money through advertising google ads, etc), long terms plan maybe.
I would suggest start with something that you like, a hobby or something you are well versed in. Basically something you enjoy doing. πŸ˜‰
I got into WordPress by accident and find it very user friendly. This platform is free but no ads are allowed in the blog. Can always upgrade to a paid service if later want ads in the blog. Other alternative is to use Blogspot which is also free but allow ads with potential earnings if you have a large audience.
There are other platforms as well. Can do a search and read the reviews on its pros and cons.
If you have never blog or have a website before, I would suggest try something for free first. As time goes on, you will have a better understanding of your audience, what sort of info they are looking for and also what you want to do in the future.
      All the best! πŸ™‚

After looking into a number of the articles on your web site, I honestly like your technique of
writing a blog. I saved as a favorite it to my bookmark webpage list and will be checking back
in the near future. Please check out my website as well and tell me how you feel.
