Yesterday I posted pictures of the Punggol Waterway, Punggol Promenade at Serangoon Reservoir. Those pictures were taken while at the red bridge or along the bank of Serangoon Reservoir at Lorong Halus Wetland side.
Today, I have pictures of the seats, bridge, canal and trail along the Punggol Waterway. Yup, get around the barricade by walking under the red bridge to reach the other side. Early in the morning, there are no construction going on yet.
If you want to be surprised and wait till the opening of the Punggol Waterway/Punggol Promenade at Serangoon Reservoir next week (Thanks for the news bite, Johnny!), you may want to skip this posting.
For those who wish to see, carry on and enjoy the pictures!
Update : According to the Straits Times, Punggol Waterway or My Waterway @Punggol will be completed in October 2011. Keep a look out for more updated pictures. Cheers!

At the Entrance of Punggol Waterway, facing Serangoon Reservoir
In contrast to the “gazebo” style seats at the circular bridge facing Punggol Reservoir, the seats here are more straightforward “arbor” style. Great spot for viewing sunsets, sunrise and watching birds.
The trail further down towards the Serangoon Dam are still being constructed so I did not venture any further. This is the section I believe will lead to the Jetty at Punggol Beach.
Looking forward to much happenings in these areas in the future. Really appreciate all the works involved in making such plans into reality.
Have a great weekend!
