Sunrise at Punggol Waterway

06 Aug

If out on a morning walk, don’t forget to bring the camera with you. Some days, the sunrise is beautiful..

Ever seen the torchlight effect? This happens when the sun is covered by the clouds but emits rays of light. Some call it “God’s Ray”. This photo was taken during sunrise. The same effect can also be seen during sunset, when the sun is below the horizon but bands of light radiates from the light source – the sun.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Stunning photo! This photo speaks of nature’s beauty in a way that “no words” can.

Thanks, Linda 🙂 I like the position of the sun in that picture, just slightly over the gazebo-like structure. Almost mystical effect. Cheers!

    Hi hasayang

Hope you can capture the first photos of that section of Punggol connector from entrance to Halus wetland bridge to Punggol Point and all the way to Punggol Marina. I understand this section is ready to be opened next weekend. It should look very nice especially the ‘garden’ around the spiral stairways besides entrance to Halus wetland Bridge.

Hi Anonymous. I have photos actually taken from the red bridge and across the reservoir of that section of the Punggol Waterway. Will post those pictures today.
Update : Sorry Johnny. I did not see your full comments until I read my email. Thank you for the news update. Much appreciated. 🙂
