I felt that Changi is one of the last estate in Singapore that still has that small village atmosphere and laidback vibe. No 30-storey HDB flats here and I would like that to remain so.
At the jetty, carry on walking on the left side. There is a narrow trail alongside the seashore. There is a wooden bench about 50 meters from the jetty and provide welcome respite from the heat. It also gives a great view of the landscape.
Walk a bit further and there is a bridge. After that there is a gazebo of sort where lots of guys spend time there fishing. Walk pass that and towards the marina.
It is a simple walking trail with great views. Very relaxing for tired minds.
