Peaceful Lake Wanaka Black and White

Panorama Lake Wanaka in Black and White

I love coming to Lake Wanaka, New Zealand as I find it laid back and quieter after the adrenaline adventures in Queenstown. They have a big New Market supermarket here for groceries shopping.

Most of all, I love the lake. Take a stroll at either sides of the lake – it is so peaceful. I stood at this very pier a few times to feed the ducks. Where there is food, they will come flying from the air and zap! Hey, the bread is the gone! It was an really amazing sight watching those flocks of birds zooming at you from the air. Attack of the ducks!

It is truly spectacular in autumn with wild ranges of vibrant yellow, amber, orange and all the colours in between serenading the lake. Beautiful.

Hey, Marc. I enjoy reading your travels in Asia. Glad you are having a good time. I hope you get to travel to New Zealand. There really are many spectacular sights to behold. Maybe, my family will be back next year. Fingers crossed.
