Sculpture – Unity

arms in arms

Arms in arms, together we stand

This picture is in relation to last post. Sculpt me! What am I?

I don’t normally photograph sculptures. It so happened I was in a different mindset and seemed to notice more things than usual. Those are very big sculptures. When placed right there as the foreground, humans look so much smaller.

My interpretation “arms in arms, shoulder to shoulder, we stand.” Unity.

These sculptures were taken at Paragon Singapore, along Orchard Road. The next time you are walking there, take a closer look. It is a good place for people watching and there seats along the walkway for tired feet. Tomorrow is the weekends so the walkway are usually crowded with people.

Isn’t it amazing, just last week was the festive season and today I saw the malls are gearing up for Chinese New Year. Bye, bye, bye Christmas trees.

Till next time, have fun during the weekends!
