Hope or Despair?
This photo did not make it at the photo agency’s database but I like it very much. It has both a sad and positive message.
Positive
It speaks to me of hope with the sun rays bursting out from the clouds. Even covered, there is always a silver lining. Never give up in life.
Negative
That small figure on the bottom frame is actually a boy sitting at the edge of the drain ledge fishing. With him sitting down like that, somehow it conveys sadness and despair.
It is all up to individual’s taste and perspective.
But I like to think that underneath all life’s burden, there is always hope. If we take it day by day, hours by minutes, the load will lighten and the day is much brighter.
